Inspiring Girls x Barbie Dream Gap Workshops

Research shows that by age 5, girls already begin to perceive boys as having more career options than girls. To bridge this "Dream Gap," we joined forces with Barbie Mattel to deliver a series of empowering workshops to girls aged 7-11.

The workshops focus on three key modules: Careers, Leadership, and Bright Sparks. Through these modules, girls are introduced to a diverse range of women role models who have achieved incredible success. Women role models working for Barbie Mattel also visit and interact with girls, as part of these workshops.

By exposing young girls to real-life examples of accomplished women, the workshops aim to cultivate confidence and inspire them to believe that they can achieve anything they dream of. Seeing these inspiring women in action provides tangible evidence, shattering self-limiting beliefs and planting seeds of hope.
