BNY Mellon IM Speed Networking Event

In collaboration with BNY Mellon Investment Management and Challney High School for Girls, we successfully hosted our inaugural speed networking event in the UK.

The event was graced by the presence of our esteemed Founder and Chair, Miriam González Durántez, as well as Anne-Marie McConnon, the Chief Marketing and Client Experience Officer at BNYM IM. They kicked off the session by sharing their own inspiring career journeys and imparting valuable advice to the participants.

Girls were presented with a remarkable opportunity to hear from an impressive group of role models from BNYM IM. These role models represented various departments within the organisation, including finance, trading, marketing, and events management. Their expertise and insights provided the girls with a broad perspective on different career paths and opportunities within the company.

By facilitating this speed networking event, we aimed to inspire and empower young girls, exposing them to diverse role models and helping them envision their own successful futures.
